Syntero, Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Front Desk Operations team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service experience. If you have excellent organizational and administrative skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor, we would love to hear from you.
Receptionist
The receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls. Additionally, the receptionist will be involved with additional administrative responsibilities, including data entry and client record keeping. This position will be primarily based out of Syntero's Mt. Gilead office.
This is a part-time position, working Monday-Thursday with day through evening shifts until 8:30pm. Weekly hours range from 20 to 28 hours, based on availability and department needs.
