Senior 3PL Freight Broker – Fort Wayne, IN (Relocation Offered)

Circle Logistics is seeking experienced Senior 3PL Freight Brokerage talent to join our Fort Wayne, Indiana Headquarters . We are looking for driven professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in either customer/account management or carrier/coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in either customer/account management or carrier/coverage within a 3PL freight brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to track loads and maintain complete ownership of a personal book of business.
• Proficiency in TMS software , at least one CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and Macropoint tracking software.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both shippers and carriers.
• A proactive and competitive mindset with a willingness to make outbound calls/emails to grow revenue.
• Relocation to Fort Wayne, IN or willingness to travel as needed (relocation bonuses available for top talent).
