Seeking a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer to work closely with a small, passionate team within the Beauty & Personal Care industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key creative role in shaping a brand from the ground up — from campaign launches and digital presence to packaging and experiential activations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both digital and print design, brings bold and elevated creative thinking, and thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

This role requires being on-site in Culver City, 3 days per week; local candidates please apply only.

🎨 Responsibilities:

• Design compelling visuals across digital and print, including social media, email marketing, web assets, and campaign materials
• Concept and execute creative for product launches, in-store displays, PR mailers, and event branding
• Develop packaging design and 2D/3D renderings for product and experiential activations (booths, pop-ups, etc.)
• Collaborate with Art Director, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure brand consistency across channels
• Create on-brand assets for visual merchandising, e-commerce, and digital marketing initiatives
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in preparing files for print, digital, and vendor-ready formats
• Manage timelines, approvals, and creative workflow using tools like Monday.com
• Stay current on design trends and performance-driven creative strategies

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Copywriting chops for captions, campaign headlines, and marketing messaging
• Experience with experiential design and immersive visual storytelling
• Knowledge of production workflows and direct experience working with printers and vendors

✅ What You Bring:

• 2–4+ years of experience in print, packaging, and digital design — beauty industry experience preferred
• AA/BFA/BS in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, presentation tools, and rendering software
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Passion for design that performs — a creative eye grounded in brand growth and marketing goals
• Collaborative energy and a solutions-first approach
