Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Fractional CTO to guide our startups technical direction and infrastructure. As a key advisor and leader youll work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals manage technical teams and build scalable innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the companys technical strategy and roadmap.
Oversee the architecture development and scaling of the tech stack.
Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Evaluate and manage technology risks and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
Make strategic decisions about technology partnerships tools and vendors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CTO VP of Engineering or senior technical leader.
Experience in scaling products from MVP to market.
Strong understanding of startup dynamics and lean development practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
