Associated Employers is Recruiting a Founding Team Member for an Exciting New Startup Based in Great Falls, MT.

The right candidate will be willing to be based in Great Falls, MT and work in an office based rather than hybrid or remote environment.

What You’ll Do:  

• Collaborate with the founders to bring concepts to life, from design to tangible execution. 
• Work hands-on in a construction environment, starting in a construction trailer. 
• Lead the design and prototyping process, using your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions. 
• Build and scale teams to support company growth. 
• Solve complex problems creatively and effectively. 
• Maintain a strategic and discreet approach to our startup’s initiatives. 

Who You Are:  

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience : Perfect opportunity for a new graduate in engineering, construction management, project management. 
• Multi-Lingual: Speaking Spanish a plus. 
• Technical Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; experienced with scheduling software, cost control, and KPIs. 
• Mindset : Goal-oriented, energetic, and passionate about execution and problem-solving. 
• Leadership : Capable of leading teams and inspiring others to achieve shared goals. 
• Hands-On : Comfortable getting involved in the physical, hands-on aspects of construction and prototyping. 
• Communication : Excellent at translating vision into actionable plans and outcomes.
