Job Description

We are looking to add another full time or part time trainer to add to our staff at LIFETIME PERFORMANCE. We are located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.

The job requires someone who is outgoing, friendly, intuitive and self-driven. The biggest reason for our success is the relationships we have built with out clients. We are a gym FAM :)

Our primary clientele are golfers and tennis players both professional and amateur. We also work with post-rehab and general population clients. While it will be good to have a background in either or one of those sports, it is not required.

We are big on education. We would rather spend money on helping our staff grow than anything else. If you are looking to learn and get into the industry while having fun at work, this is the job for you.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Current or ongoing trainer certification
• Knowledge of excel and google drive
• Communication skills
• Some experience coaching others
• Willingness to learn and grow - you will gain the right type of experience here quickly.
• Handle groups or people vs. just 1 on 1 training.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in training clients in small group training. We have multiple coaches on the floor working.
• Have a good working knowledge of google drive
• Cleaning up equipment and space after morning and afternoon sessions.
• On site training position - not remote training
• 30-40 hrs a week including some AM hours beginning at 6am for the season months
• Hours typically begin at 6/7am - 12 noon. Afternoon 2-6:30pm - M-F

COMPENSATION:

• $25/30/hr plus end of year bonus based on company production
• Salaried position depending on experience.

Lifetime Performance has been around for 12 years. We started with 1000 sq/ft and we are undergoing a renovation to grow us to 5,000sq/ft. Our purpose is to help as many people as we can change their life for the better. Not just in their sport, but their overall health. Our new facility will offer our clients a place to go when they are not at home or at the golf course.
