Controller (40269)

Our client is an organization in the Racine County area looking for a Controller. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $100k - $120k.

The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all month-end closing processes and procedures.
• Oversee AP, AR, and GL processes.
• Manage all local statutory, tax, compliance, banking and payroll related topics.
• Act as key point of contact and work directly with external auditors and external stakeholders on tax, banking, payroll, etc.
• Work with IT to implement new ERP system.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional and cross divisional process improvements.

The Controller will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience. Prior management experience preferred.
• ERP & Global experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle feedback as well as self-reflect.
