Compensation: $25 - 40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibiliti e

• s Provide accurate and timely phone suppor
• t.Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer site
• s.Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manne
• r.Maintain customer and unit history on CRM databas
• e.Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concis
• e.Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer site
• s.Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is neede
