Compensation

• $100,000 to $125,000 annually
• Loan repayment assistance up to $25,000
• Bonus potential available

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No call

The Opportunity:

This is a primary care role serving patients ages 2 and up in a collaborative, team based setting. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing comprehensive and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services across the lifespan including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Emphasize preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management
• Work collaboratively with physicians, behavioral health, and dental providers
• Deliver culturally competent and compassionate care to an underserved population

Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Georgia license or ability to obtain
• Primary care experience preferred
