Athlux Design Studio is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Fabric Assistant to our global sourcing & development team! If you love fabrics, materials, color, and the behind-the-scenes process of apparel creation, this is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Fabric Director, design teams, and international partners across China, India, and Jordan.
🧶 What you’ll be doing:
✨ Supporting seasonal fabric sourcing & development
✨ Assisting with counter-sourcing and mill research
✨ Managing fabric libraries, binders & material tracking
✨ Tracking development in PLM systems
✨ Supporting seasonal color standards & customer programs
✨ Preparing trend & innovation materials
✨ Communicating with global suppliers and offices
🧵 Who you are:
✔️ Highly organized & detail-oriented
✔️ Strong communicator with a sense of urgency
✔️ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
✔️ Familiar with fabric development & PLM (a plus!)
✔️ Passionate about textiles & global sourcing 🌎
💰 Salary: $60,000–$70,000
