Our client, an incredibly successful entrepreneur and CEO, is searching for an Executive Personal Assistant to help keep him on track. The Executive works in both the East Bay and in San Francisco, and this role will require that his EA is able to as well, with three days per week remote. The role includes both business and personal support. With an incredibly tight schedule, the Executive needs help keeping him on time; scheduling meetings and appointments and keeping his calendar straight; managing domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports; working with the executive team; handling projects; managing household staff; running internal meetings; and handling personal tasks and errands, as needed.
The right candidate for this role will have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role and will have a car and be able to work in both SF and the East Bay. Salary will be around $150K, plus benefits and bonus.
