Job Description

We are a fast-growing company (~$20M revenue) working with national brands and mission-driven projects that connect the U.S. and Vietnam. Our CEO leads both business and philanthropic initiatives, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment.

What You’ll Do

• Calendar command : Manage a two-week rolling lock with smart buffers and fast reshuffles; protect focus and momentum.
• Travel ownership : Book end-to-end (flights, hotels, ground) and often travel with the CEO (domestic + occasional international).
• Inbox triage & drafting : Prioritize, draft, and follow through to outcomes; keep what matters visible.
• Meeting machine : Agenda → brief → notes → follow-ups within 24 hours; close loops and chase decisions.
• Life logistics : Handle personal logistics (from meals to household vendors) with discretion and efficiency.
• Ops glue : Support vendor/partner comms, light recruiting coordination, and special projects.
• Global sync : Collaborate with the U.S. social team and Vietnam media team; partner with the EA Lead in Vietnam as the primary local EA (EA #2 of 3).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting a CEO/founder/senior exec with complex schedules and travel.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills; strong professional drafting.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and outcome-focused.
• Cross-cultural communication skills; bilingual Vietnamese/English a plus (not required).
• Valid U.S. work authorization at the time of application.
