Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s schedule, travel, and daily priorities
Coordinate internal meetings and external partnerships
Draft presentations, reports, and executive-level documents
Handle confidential info with discretion and respect
Communicate clearly on behalf of the CEO
Track progress on multiple ongoing projects across ventures
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

Strong organizational and time management skills
Emotional intelligence + calm under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication (written + verbal)
Adaptability in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment
Proven experience in executive support or operations
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
