Excellent role on offer for an Estimator looking to join a one of Detroit’s longest-standing general contractors, working on some of the most unique and technically challenging projects.

This well established, industry leading organization specialize in some of the most iconic, commercial construction projects across Michigan. They are entering their next phase of growth as an organization and are therefore looking to recruit an Estimator to join their loyal and longstanding team.
In this role you will be required to collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to craft precise, detailed estimates that keep projects on track and budgets realistic. With a wide range of projects, every day brings fresh challenges, and your work will help preserve and enhance some of the region’s most iconic buildings.
This would therefore ideally suit an Estimator who has some industry experience who is looking to join a fantastic company where you will be well looked after and have a long successful stable career.
The Role:
• Prepare comprehensive estimates for renovation and restoration projects
• Analyze drawings and specifications to develop precise cost projections
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure dependable pricing
• Join a supportive team where quality and accuracy are top priorities
The Candidate:
• Proven experience in construction estimating
• Expert at reading plans and proficient in Excel and estimating software
• Clear communicator who builds strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional work
