Career Movement is looking to add an Entry-Level Talent Sourcer to our team, located in El Segundo, right next to the Lakers training facility!
We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who would focus on supporting the Sales teams by providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical, accounting, and legal roles. Qualified candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to, emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!
