Position duties include but are not limited to:
Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff
Collaborate with other staff members on projects
Open files
Run database searches
Data entry
Draft letters
Review and enter data accurately into several database systems
Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task
Superior attention to detail
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Semi-independent work standard
Team-oriented attitude
Able to identify problems and independently problem solve
Strong computer knowledge
Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Previous mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
