The Audio & Video Technician (AV Technician) is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, inspection and troubleshooting of all entertainment audio and video equipment and lighting systems. This position supports Island Entertainment Band and DJ to ensure equipment is set up correctly and safe for Entertainers and Guests. This role also assists Human Resources with internal events, for example, movie nights, karaoke events, crew bar parties, and more. This position requires excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, professional appearance, physical fitness, skills work with sound and video equipment, knowledge of products and services.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
