EMPLOYMENT LAW ATTORNEY


McLane Middleton, Professional Association a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking an Employment Law Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our growing employment law practice.


The ideal candidate should have a developed practice and in-depth experience in employment law, employee handbooks and related policies, wage and hours compliance, employer hiring guidance and experience with on-site employee training on harassment prevention, contracts, leadership development, investigations, crisis response and risk management. Prior experience working with independent schools, grades K-12, as outside or in-house legal counsel is a plus. This position can be based out of any of our five offices with flexibility for remote work.
