Job description / Duties? Our Emergency Department has 40 private rooms, a fast track area, and a CT imaging suite within the Emergency Department. Access to the latest state of the art technology including a brand new ultrasound machine, glidescopes, and the EPIC electronic medical record.
Joining other providers? How many? Doctors: 10 PAs: 23
How busy is ER? We are currently seeing approx. 157 patients/day. Since Covid started, the numbers have fluctuated. At this time, it gone back up again.
Hours/shifts/weekends/call? FT – 40 Hours Shifts vary: 7A-7P, 11A-11P, 7P-7A - Two overnight (occasionally 3) and Half weekend shifts every 6 week block. Two sick call days per 6 week block
Comp Range? $118K - $152K (based on experience)
Any Bonus structure? Yes (Quality Incentive, RVU administered by the department)
EMR? Epic
