We have two main businesses: the first provides promotional items like pens, bags, and sweatshirts tailored to health organizations, helping them connect with their communities. Our second business focuses on promoting safe practices with custom-branded condoms for sexual health campaigns.
Our mission is to be the go-to partner for health organizations by providing quality products that make a real impact.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with a knack for crafting campaigns that engage, convert, and nurture relationships. You’re someone who’s both creative and data-driven, able to analyze performance and make adjustments to keep our email strategy on point.
Here’s what you’ll do:
📧 Develop and launch cold email outreach campaigns
📈 Design nurture sequences to guide leads from interest to loyalty
💌 Segment audiences to ensure personalized, targeted messaging
📅 Maintain an email content calendar in sync with sales cycles
🛒 Execute abandoned cart recovery strategies to boost revenue
🎨 Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing on content creation
📊 Analyze performance data and refine strategies accordingly
🧪 Run A/B tests to optimize engagement rates
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position on Eastern Standard Time (EST) with at least 6 hours of overlap with our team each day.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 5+ years of email marketing experience
✅ Strong strategic and analytical mindset
✅ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
✅ Proficiency in audience segmentation and personalization
✅ Project management skills with attention to detail
✅ Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Klaviyo
✅ Adaptable and curious about email marketing trends
Brownie Points for:
⭐ Basic design skills with tools like Adobe, Canva, or Figma
⭐ Experience with A/B testing and video editing
⭐ Familiarity with SEO or content marketing
⭐ Knowledge of social media and PPC campaigns
⭐ Background in e-commerce or B2B marketing
⭐ Passion for health awareness and making a difference

What’s in it for you?
💰 Salary: $3000 - $4000 per month*
🌐 Full-time, fully remote
🏝️17 days paid time off
💻$35 monthly technology stipend
🏥$50 monthly health insurance stipend
