Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a classroom environment that is engaging and conducive to learning.
• Leverage a curriculum proven to drive the academic success of students.
• Use a set of curricular resources to implement instruction based on student needs.
• Analyze and use student data to inform teaching.
• Collaborate professionally with fellow teachers and support staff to meet the goals and individual needs of each student.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Hold a valid teaching license in elementary education, covering grades 1-6.
• Acceptable Wisconsin licenses include (but may not be limited to): PK-3, K-6, PK-8, K-8, 116, 118.
• Must be certified in Regular Education at one of the following levels: Early Childhood, Early Childhood to Middle Childhood, or Middle Childhood to Early Adolescence.
• Candidates without a current license must meet alternative certification requirements; support is available for this pathway.
