Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a classroom environment that is engaging and conducive to learning.
Leverage a curriculum proven to drive the academic success of students.
Use a set of curricular resources to implement instruction based on student needs.
Analyze and use student data to inform teaching.
Collaborate professionally with fellow teachers and support staff to meet the goals and individual needs of each student.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Hold a valid teaching license in elementary education, covering grades 1-6.
Acceptable Wisconsin licenses include (but may not be limited to): PK-3, K-6, PK-8, K-8, 116, 118.
Must be certified in Regular Education at one of the following levels: Early Childhood, Early Childhood to Middle Childhood, or Middle Childhood to Early Adolescence.
Candidates without a current license must meet alternative certification requirements; support is available for this pathway.
