JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Lead Electrical Field Tech who will be helping to build a new team to operate and maintain a diverse and growing portfolio of distributed generation resources, primarily within the state of Ohio. We are seeking an experienced, technically capable, problem-solving leader to assist with scheduling routine maintenance, managing documentation across multiple project sites, and being a liaison with different project owners and teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience within the electrical industry managing projects such as solar installations, electrical construction, engine mechanics, etc.
- Leadership experience over field crews – running documentation, communicating responsibilities across the team, scheduling routine maintenance, etc.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ohio Electrican’s License
- OSHA30 Certification
- PMP
