Job Description

: As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our warehouse and driver crew. You will lead a team to achieve operational goals, maintain high performance standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage warehouse and driver teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Employee Management:
- Hire, train, and develop employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle employee terminations when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all operational activities comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in hiring, training, and managing employees.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of management experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Military and armed forces are encouraged to apply!

12:00pm - 8:00pm
Monday thru Friday
