Title: Document Specialist
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 10 Months
Availability: Part-time role (hours not defined but must be available between 9 AM – 3 PM CST.)
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting engineers with navigation through image sites .
Uploading new documents from new facilities.
Managing metadata while uploading documents.
Handling and breaking down PDF files .
Develops and maintains manuals, documentation, and training materials and conducts training
related to life cycle management of physical and electronic content and records.
Provides mentoring, guidance, and training to department staff on the use of engineering
document management systems.
Manages the transition of documents into and from exiting record repositories.
Experience with document management systems.
Strong understanding of document management , including creation, maintenance, storage, and disposition of records.
Technical understanding of data in drawings . Ability to develop manuals, procedural documents, and training materials
