Job Description

Are you a motivated retail leader with a passion for people and cannabis? We’re seeking an experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a top-notch customer experience at a fast-growing dispensary in Jackson, Mississippi .

As the Dispensary Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of budtenders, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to help build and shape a successful retail team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
  • Train, coach, and schedule dispensary employees to ensure consistent performance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Missouri cannabis laws and regulations.
  • Create a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor sales trends, provide reports, and assist with local marketing and community engagement efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail management experience; cannabis industry experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, cash management, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Jackson, MO.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass all state-required background checks.
