Sales Rep - Orthopedic Partnerships

Position Overview:

Orthobullets, a leading educational and marketing platform in the orthopedic industry, seeks a results-oriented Director of Medical Device Orthopedic Partnerships  with a strong healthcare sales and  digital marketing background . Ideal candidates will have specific experience in the orthopedic industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. This role delivers innovative marketing solutions tailored to orthopedic organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic companies, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the orthopedic sector to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising and marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising Strategy:
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing to create and present impactful campaigns on Orthobullets platforms, including podcasts and webinars.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and implement data-driven advertising strategies that enhance client ROI.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Development:
  • Stay updated on trends, innovations, and developments within the orthopedic and healthcare industries.
  • Position Orthobullets as the go-to platform for advertising to the orthopedic community.
  • Represent Orthobullets at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports that showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on the orthopedic industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
