Job Title: Director of Nursing

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 + benefits

Location: Clearwater, FL

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at a respected senior living community. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate care planning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of resident care and wellness
• Supervise and schedule nursing staff and care partners
• Oversee medication administration and care plan updates
• Coordinate with physicians, vendors, and family members
• Ensure compliance with AHCA and other regulatory bodies
• Personally fill vacant shifts if coverage cannot be secured

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license with CORE training
• Prior experience in senior living or long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Eligible under AHCA Level II background screening
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine nursing tasks
