Position Summary
The Clinical Director of the Women Family Center provides both clinical and administrative leadership for a full-service women and children’s unit. This includes a 4-bed LDR and maternal triage, 14-bed postpartum unit, nursery, and a 4-bed pediatric unit. The Director oversees nursing and ancillary staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
This role reports directly to hospital leadership and collaborates across departments to drive excellence in maternal and pediatric care. You will be accountable for 24-hour operations, staffing, quality metrics, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
