About the Company

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a growing engineering team (currently 4 direct reports).
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence .

Budgeting & Strategic Resource Management

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Allocate resources and investments based on R OI, scalability, and long-term strategy .

What You Bring

  • BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field).
  • 15+ years of medical device manufacturing experience — ideally in catheter-based or implantable systems (vascular, endoscopic, or similar minimally invasive platforms).
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of design for manufacturability, process validation, and supply chain strategy for regulated devices.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator who can navigate between R&D and operations seamlessly.

Why Join Us:

  • Be part of a mission-driven company delivering breakthrough technology to patients.
  • Shape the manufacturing strategy from the ground up as the company scales.
