Overview:
The Director of Field Telecom Construction is responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of OSP telecommunications infrastructure for our project customer base. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Director will work closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
This position will be based in our Corporate office in Boca Raton, FL and cover a geographical region within Florida (with possible future expansion) and oversee a team including Construction Managers and Senior Construction Managers. This is an on-site role (not hybrid/remote).
*Must have solid experience in Outside Plant, Fiber To The Home Telecom Construction senior management.
