About the Role

Our ideal Dining Room Manager will have experience and be highly skilled in overseeing restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Daily dining room management including opening and closing the restaurant
• Engaging with guests
• Hiring, training, and continued development of front-of-house staff
• Inventory control and oversight for an extensive wine and bar beverage program
• Collaboration with General Manager and Executive Chef to maintain high standards of guest service and a consistent culture of excellence

Qualifications

Proven experience in staff training and management in a restaurant environment

Strong background in hospitality management

Supervisory experience in a restaurant

Familiarity with food preparation and inventory control

Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Word and Excel

Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails

Excellent team management and interviewing skills

Pay range and compensation package
