Job Description

Client: Non-Profit Organization
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/annually + Benefits
Location: Midtown, Manhattan (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and activate targeted email campaigns to increase donor onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Optimize automated lifecycle email campaigns to boost donor engagement, utilizing personalization, localization, dynamic content, and behavioral targeting.
Write compelling and conversion-focused email copy, ensuring storytelling excellence while adhering to deadlines.
Utilize data-driven insights to segment lists and personalize content based on donor behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, email campaigns, and/or copywriting in a digital agency environment (including experience with interactive media and direct marketing)
A portfolio showcasing digital marketing work
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of Web trends, technologies, and data analysis
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content (correct grammar and proofreading a must!) in diverse voices and styles for varied audiences
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain acute attention to detail
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and CRM
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Excel, and Stripe
