Job Description

Client: Non-Profit Organization
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/annually + Benefits

Location: Midtown, Manhattan (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and activate targeted email campaigns to increase donor onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Optimize automated lifecycle email campaigns to boost donor engagement, utilizing personalization, localization, dynamic content, and behavioral targeting.
  • Write compelling and conversion-focused email copy, ensuring storytelling excellence while adhering to deadlines.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment lists and personalize content based on donor behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, email campaigns, and/or copywriting in a digital agency environment (including experience with interactive media and direct marketing)
  • A portfolio showcasing digital marketing work
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of Web trends, technologies, and data analysis
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content (correct grammar and proofreading a must!) in diverse voices and styles for varied audiences
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain acute attention to detail
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and CRM
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Excel, and Stripe
