Job Description

The Deputy CFO will assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in managing the overall financial operations of the organization. Their job includes helping develop and implement financial strategies, processes & procedures and oversee the budgeting process and creating monthly financial reports.

Essential Job Functions:

General:

Assist CFO in monthly financial closing activities

Streamline process & procedures of accounting department

Monthly analysis and reconciliation of all overhead expenditures

Tracking of SG&A costs vs. budget

Monitor overall budgeting process

Assist with internal and external audit requests

Various accounting requests from parent company for reporting purposes

Requirements:

• Strong process orientation and management skills
• Works well under stressful circumstances and sound decision making skills
• Superior communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
