Profitable PPOs is a dental consulting company that specializes in PPO fee negotiations, optimization, and credentialing and is located in north-west Phoenix.

We are in search of a seasoned professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Our team consists of dedicated individuals who are committed to their work, and we are experiencing rapid growth in our business. Thus, we are eager to welcome a new member to our team.

Job Summary:

The Dental Insurance and Consulting Coordinator leads a 2–3-person team and provides integral support to our external clients. The role involves regular client interaction, requiring the individual to consistently exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor. The main responsibility of this role is leadership, requiring the individual to possess strong abilities in confidently leading client meetings and team leadership.

To excel in this position, the Dental Insurance and Consulting Coordinator must have at least 3 years of dental or medical experience and also possess strong organizational skills, as well as an unwavering focus on efficiency and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is also a requirement.

  Education and Experience:

At least three years of dental or medical experience is required. High School Diploma is required.

About Us:

Our office is located in North-West Phoenix. Our major cross streets are 19th Ave and Deer Valley. This position requires on site attendance during the work week. 

We offer medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick pay, and profit share, just to name a few. 

Hours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week. There is an option to move to a 4 day work week after 90 days of employment. 

We work hard but our work is typically done via phone or online meetings so “smart casual” is our typical dress attire.
