About Olezka Global

Olezka Global is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) based in Austin, Texas, delivering Security-as-a-Service, datacenter modernization, and AI infrastructure solutions to mid-market customers across the United States. Our mission is to secure and modernize enterprise environments with agility, precision, and purpose.

We’re a growing, tight-knit team, not a giant corporation. At Olezka, you’ll find a family-like environment built on trust, collaboration, and innovation. We work hard, have fun, and support each other as we grow. If you’re looking for a place that values your individuality, technical skill, and self-driven attitude over corporate politics, this is the team for you.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Datacenter Engineer with a strong foundation in storage, compute, and networking to help drive our rapid growth in secure datacenter solutions. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about hands-on engineering, enjoys travel, and thrives in dynamic environments.

While the role is home-based, the engineer will spend much of their time on the road across the U.S., working directly with customers to deploy datacenter and infrastructure solutions that power our clients’ operations.

Networking and security expertise are a significant plus — but the primary focus is datacenter architecture, integration, and performance optimization across Cisco, Dell, and NetApp platforms. Willing to learn and certify in new technologies such as security and automation/orchestration.

Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and support datacenter infrastructure — including storage, compute, and virtualization environments.
- Lead on-site and remote integration projects leveraging Cisco, Arista, Dell, and NetApp technologies.
- Implement and optimize NetApp ONTAP environments, including data migrations, replication, and storage provisioning.
- Build and integrate next-generation AI infrastructure — including Cisco, Dell, OpenShift and NVIDIA.
- Troubleshoot and support datacenter hardware and interconnects across multiple customer environments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of projects and integrations.
- Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables independently with strong ownership of assigned projects.
- Document system configurations, deployment steps, and network/storage architecture.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients and help guide best practices for scalable, secure infrastructure.

---

Required Qualifications

- Active CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent networking knowledge.
- NetApp Certification (NCDA or NCIE) — required.
- 2+ years of experience in datacenter or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Storage platforms (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage,SAN/NAS concepts)
- Compute systems (Cisco UCS, Dell PowerEdge)
- Networking fundamentals (VLANs, VxLANS, routing, Layer 2/3 switching)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to run projects without micromanagement.
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills for customer-facing work.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% across the U.S.

---

Preferred Skills or Willing To Learn:

- Experience designing or supporting AI or GPU-based compute environments (NVIDIA, Cisco, or Dell AI PODs).
- Working knowledge of security technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or Cisco Secure.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud integration (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS).
- Exposure to automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Python, REST APIs).
- Experience in hybrid or edge datacenter design and implementation.

---

Soft Skills and Expectations

- Self-starter with strong ownership of tasks and time management.
- Thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex technical solutions into customer value.
- Team-oriented professional who values collaboration and mentorship.
- Flexible, innovative thinker who embraces learning and challenges.

---

Why Join Olezka Global

- Competitive base pay with clear growth and bonus opportunities.
- A family-style culture that values teamwork, independence, and integrity.
