About the Role

Responsibilities

· Analyze and Interpret Data: You'll be a data detective, meticulously examining information to find patterns, anomalies, and key insights that drive business decisions.

· Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs, present your findings clearly, and help translate insights into strategic actions.

· Identify Opportunities: Spot trends that could lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, or new revenue streams.

· Ensure Data Integrity: Play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Qualifications

· A few years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Data Analyst role or similar, where you regularly worked with large datasets.

Required Skills

· A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and data visualization (charts, graphs).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you love a good puzzle!

· The ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

· Background working with data in Excel
