Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. This person will be a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success by driving value, managing relationships, and assisting them in leveraging MyFieldAudits' platform. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, technically savvy, and have experience in solutions engineering to solve client challenges and configurations. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, as this role involves coordinating multiple projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of clients' needs and goals, and work proactively to identify opportunities to expand and optimize their use of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Engineering) to address client issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
  • Manage client implementations, providing project management expertise to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients by translating complex product features into actionable solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns related to the platform, working with our technical team to ensure quick resolutions.
  • Track client metrics and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending relevant solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, demonstrating the value delivered and aligning future goals with our platform’s capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Technically proficient with the ability to quickly troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in solutions engineering or working closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs. 
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of client organizations.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and delivering value.
