Customer Service Representative (Jewelry Experience)
Location: DTLA
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire - multiple openings
Salary: $23-$26/hr
Position Summary:
Seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the jewelry industry and a strong understanding of wholesale operations. This role is essential in maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring smooth order processing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
-Assist clients with product inquiries, availability, pricing, and order status.
-Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Support trade shows, showroom appointments, and other client-facing events as needed.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the jewelry industry (wholesale preferred).
-Strong knowledge of jewelry terminology, materials, and product types.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
