Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Hybrid 2x/week in 15668, Murrysville
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

Day-to-Day : A large manufacturing client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be responsible for connecting with customers to solve equipment-related issues, document issues and solutions for company, and processing service requests. This role will include little to no phone calls - service work will be predominantly through the SAP Portal and email (Outlook).
