Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Pay: $25/hour

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Start: Mid-October

End: Mid-January

Schedule: Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts

  • 9:30am–6:30pm (in-office)
  • 1:00pm–10:00pm (remote)
  • Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home)
  • Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience across phone, email, and chat.
  • Convert inquiries into sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach.
  • Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently (orders, returns, product info).
  • Accurately log interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
