Job Summary:
The Complaint Analyst is responsible for reviewing, processing, and analyzing customer complaint data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams. Training and onboarding will be onsite; work-from-home eligibility may be approved based on performance.
