Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee the construction of custom homes from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction, preferably with custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
