Job Title: Corporate Development Manager - Portland, OR

Compensation: 150,000k + Bonus

Company Summary: We are presently collaborating with one of the country's rapidly expanding automotive group. This opportunity will allow you to join a lean and active team with high visibility to senior executives. This is a growth hire for this team as they have a number of active and exciting projects and looking to continue broadening the scope of the team.

This Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios and conduct in depth fundamental, financial and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments and acquisitions.
  • Perform valuation and financial analyses, including M&A, DCF, project financing, trading comparable, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections and LBO analyses to provide the information needed to evaluate a potential development project, acquisition targets, and other corporate development and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in day-to-day deal and project execution.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

This Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualification:

  • 3+ years in an M&A role.
  • Experience within consumer, retail, or automotive, or related fields.
  • Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Portland, OR
