Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant to support our client with configuration, optimization, and reporting needs. The organization currently operates under a global Cornerstone environment managed by its parent company in Europe and is looking to improve how the North American business leverages the platform to better align with local training and compliance requirements.

Location: Hybrid – Kentucky (occasional onsite work required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and Training teams to configure, optimize, and manage Cornerstone OnDemand functionality for the North American business.
  • Collaborate with the global parent company’s Cornerstone administrators to implement regional updates and request necessary permissions or access.
  • Build, update, and manage training content and learning assignments for roughly 1,000 positions across multiple job types.
  • Transition existing training data from external systems (currently QCBD) into Cornerstone, reducing dependency on file feeds.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support audits, compliance, and certification tracking.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Compliance to ensure the learning system aligns with North American business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise occasionally with the global Cornerstone team in Europe to ensure configuration and functionality remain aligned with corporate standards while supporting local needs.
  • Provide system support and guidance to local HR and Training users.
  • Support configuration and optimization of Cornerstone’s Performance Management module.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand configuration and administration, including Learning and Performance modules.
  • Strong understanding of learning management processes, course setup, certification tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting multi-region or global environments with limited administrative access preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Model:

  • Hybrid role based in Kentucky. Local candidates preferred, but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered.

Additional Details:

  • 1099 or C2C, only
  • Hourly rate negotiable DOE
