JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Sr. Copywriter Production will take the reins for all Production Team copywriting.

• Working closely with the Production Design Team and campaign Copy Managers this newly established role will execute copy for all online channels, owned and paid, to support the strategic and business objectives of the client.

• You will be responsible for extending campaign positioning into business-driving, on-brand, seasonally and thematically compelling copy that reflects a solid understanding of our product and customer.

• You will manage all production copy details in order to meet project deadlines, assist in proofing deliverables prior to art release and work closely with your design partners to problem solve and appropriately action on any cross-functional feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environment

• On-brand copy that communicates aspiration and function to the customer (Including, but not limited to: email, site assets, paid social and display)

• Dynamic copy to support merchandising and marketing objectives. Ensuring that the message reflects current trends in the market place and meet customers' needs

• Collaborate with graphic designers, production manager, and marketing channel teams to ensure effective project completion

• Excellent writing skills with an outstanding portfolio dedicated to concise communication and inspiring creative approaches

• Must be a problem-solver

• Ability to collaborate with creative team members, as well as cross-functional partners

• Team player that is highly organized

• Nimble and able to adjust to rapid changes under tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and the bigger picture are musts

• 3+ years retail or agency copywriting experience
