My client is are seeking an experienced Controller to join a rapidly growing and highly acquisitive organization in the healthcare technology space. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and month-end close
• Manage M&A activities, including balance sheet prep, earnouts, and working capital adjustments
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 & 16
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for key business units
• Improve accounting systems, reporting processes, and internal controls
• Work cross-functionally on financial strategy and business performance metrics

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong IFRS 15 & 16 knowledge
• M&A experience (acquisition-side preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (must be able to build models)
• Experience not in manufacturing & construction
• Familiarity with NetSuite and FP&A tools is a plus
