Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract Paralegal at MTech Mobility. The Contract Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and document review. This role is located in Jupiter, FL, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract law specializing in products and IT managed services
• Legal Document Preparation skills, including, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, Warranty Agreements, and Supplier Agreements
• Communication skills
• Research skills
• Document Review skills
• Document administration & retention
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Paralegal certification or related degree
