Job Description

We are actively looking for skilled and driven graduates holding master's degrees to join our team as Content Writers/ Associate Analysts. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding writing and editing abilities, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

Individuals holding a Master's Degree in disciplines such as Political Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Content Writing, Arts, Essay Writing, Scripts, English, Journalism, and related fields are encouraged to apply.

Position Title: Association Analyst / Content writer

Multiple positions

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Time: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern TIme

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of project data while maintaining the highest possible quality standards.
  • Quickly grasp new project requirements and achieve desired productivity and accuracy levels.
  • Actively engage in project forums and meetings, fostering effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and workflows.
  • Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving performance metrics.
  • Understand and adhere to project and stakeholder requirements.
  • Generate project analysis reports as needed and in a timely manner.
  • Adapt seamlessly to swift changes in project policies.

Required Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Political Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Content Writing, Arts, Essay Writing, Scripts, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of local cultures.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute assigned tasks consistently and in a timely manner, consistently exceeding personal standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows, reviewing and recording quarterly results.
  • Strong work ethic and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess analytical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
