This is a Direct Hire Opportunity - great role for someone with at least 3 years of Construction experience looking to expand in their career! Must have a Bachelors or Masters to be considered as well as AutoCad experience.

Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Elkridge, MD surrounding area.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

This person will possess a strong business acumen, understand operational excellence, and have a proven track record of project management in interior construction.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate installations from the planning stage to completion
• Prepare and coordinate schedules with suppliers and contractors
• Conduct project meetings
• Process and estimate change orders
• Work closely with production & purchasing, and suppliers
• Review contracts from General Contractors
• Maintain good relations with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Walk sites and perform punch list item identification

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and coordination in the construction industry

Desired Qualifications :

• Ability to travel in the US is a plus
• Fluent in reading all types of construction floor plans
• Ability to create and manage project schedules, take field measurements, and work with suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors
• Experience in working with architects, designers, and the end user
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner while remaining knowledgeable of how decisions impact other project stakeholders
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision
• Proficient in organization, time, and project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complete all required documentation/paperwork, and report timely and accurate project status while traveling
• Strong interpersonal/team skills and ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, and work with a diverse set of project stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
