A fast-growing General Contractor in Downtown Dallas is urgently hiring a Superintendent with proven experience leading hospital and healthcare construction. This is a must-have for the role, as you’ll take the lead on two major hospital projects in Downtown Dallas.
You’ll be on the frontlines of complex, high-impact healthcare builds—ranging from cutting-edge hospitals to critical care centers. Ideal candidates have delivered projects valued at $25M+, with at least 5 years of experience in at-risk, lump sum, or negotiated CM delivery models specifically within healthcare environments.
This is a true builder’s role, you’ll love leading and being hands-on, field-first, and local. All projects are within the Dallas area, so travel is minimal. You’ll oversee site operations from start to finish, ensuring every element of the build aligns with schedule, budget, safety, and design intent. Strong collaboration with medical teams, facility reps, and subs is key.
